Sky Watch Friday, January 22, 2016

Prentiss County, Mississippi, USA, January 20, 2016

The first of the week was sunny and very cold. Thankfully, when the clouds rolled in mid-week the temperature rose a few degrees so that we had fog and rain instead of sleet and snow. Though this may look like early morning fog, it was at mid-afternoon. The weather forecast for today (Friday) is rain mixed with snow.

Hope the weather is good where you are!

  6. Great photo and composition. I would take rain and fog over the snow or blizzard they are predicting. Happy Friday, enjoy your weekend!

  9. That does not look warm at all! Just back from a wonderful trip, where the weather was not like that at all! I had not seen the old prom you added as a comment - although I have added it to my short list of memorised verses!

cheers - Stewart M - (finally back in) Melbourne

    1. Hello Stewart,
Days after I posted that poem, I realized that I had left off the first line: Remember me as you walk by, As you are now so once was I.... etc. Sorry about that.
      Have a great week-end!

  10. Oooh...so atmospheric. We have some hazy conditions ourselves today, due to an approaching storm front.
