Blue Suede Cruise Car Show, May 2, 2015, Tupelo, Mississippi, USA
There were over 900 vehicles on display. Here are just a few.
1930 Cadillac Limosine |
1941 Ford |
The visor above the windshield on this diesel truck says "Real trucks don't have spark plugs."
1932 Ford Roadster |
This car did not have an ID card on it. Perhaps it is British? |
Packard, mid 1930s |
1934 Ford |
Some people were serious about their cars. Others just came to have fun!
Even the food vendors got into the spirit of the event.
Have a wonderful day!

Boy, you sure chose some neat cars to photograph!
ReplyDeleteThe serious cars are wonderful, but I enjoy seeing the silly ones as well.
ReplyDeleteThose are some neat old cars! Looks like a great show.
ReplyDeleteThe cars are wonderful! Looks like a fun event.
ReplyDeleteCool photos, Lea. I especially like your close-ups. The car with the British colors looks like a VW beetle to me.
ReplyDeleteYes, it does look like a VW, but there were no VW logos on it. And the engine is in the front - aren't the VW Beetle engines in the rear? Perhaps they changed and are putting engines in the front now. I don't know. If I see it again at another car show, I'm going to hunt down the owner and ask.
