The Ospreys, Pandion haliaetus, at Pickwick Lake raised two chicks this year. This nesting platform is out in the lake much farther away from the hotel and the trees than it appears to be in my photo. To see a view of the nest from the hotel, see my post a few weeks ago Click Here
