2. Pizza vs. Tacos (Signs, Signs)

Earlier in the week I posted photos of this mural, but did not know what business it was. Now the sign is up!

 A restaurant, Pizza vs. Tacos, is opening October 17th. The mural artwork is by Gulf Coast artist Michael Roy. The inside is decorated with similar murals by the same artist. (Late afternoon sun added the window reflections).

3. Farming

Farmers have been busy all Summer and into the Autumn growing and baling hay to feed their horses and cows through the Winter.

    I surprised a squirrel on my front porch when I came home yesterday. He at the top of 5 stairs, me at the bottom. There was a moment of shock in both our eyes. I think since I've been gone he's been eating seeds off my plants...which is fine with me as I have harvested all I want.

    well, we had a pop up snow storm yesterday and 12F last night, so I guess fall is psycho here in Colorado. I hid my mums in the garage so hopefully they survived for the slightly warmer weekend to come. Your pics are fun to see. LeeAnna

    I love that photo of the reflections in the water. And, my goodness.. we have a choice now... pizza or taco. How do we decide? But, what a fun place to go eat.

    ...a common sight here.
    ...and he thought that it was a squirrel feeder.

    Nice shots. Love the reflections. We have lots of Mourning Doves out this way. They clean up under the bird feeders

    I know it wasn't your intent with the Pizza vs Tacos sign, but I thought the best part were the reflections in the windows. I looked them up and I like the concept!

    Many lovely life forms all around you. What a great name for a restaurant--I want pizza AND tacos! That first photo of the sky reflected in the water is beautiful!
