Q is for Quilts - handmade bed covers

I have a dozen or so quilts made by my husband's mother and grandmother. Here are a few.
Prentiss County, Mississippi, USA, October 29, 2019
I think this quilt was made by my husband's grandmother. I am not sure of its age, but I am thinking it was probably made in the 1970's. Her favorite color was red!

My mother-in-law made this one. She knew the names of all the patterns, but I have forgotten.

I know this one is newer than the others because it is machine-quilted.

    So nice to see these. I have quilts from my grandmothers and they are treasures to me. These are beautiful.
