Birds on a Fence, June 22, 2017

Tupelo, Mississippi, USA, May 27, 2017
The best fences have birds on them!

They were all busy preening their feathers.

House Sparrows, I think.

Thankful Thursday
I am thankful that we live far enough inland that Hurricane Cindy will bring rain, but not the fierce wind that people on the Gulf Coast are experiencing. May God protect them.

I hope you are having a great day!

  2. Do they chat with each others, too? Sometimes i've seen them sitting and preening and it sounds like they are having a convention. Thank you for your prayers for the Gulf Coast. We are also only getting rain, but we've had much worse before.

  11. Absolutely MAGnificent!!! I love this series.

I went to the site that has a cute sparrow and invited her to join in on the sharing, but she never showed up yet.

Thanks for the 'heads up' AND for sharing your wonderful sighting with us a I'd Rather B Birdin'
