They encourage me to greet each new day with joy and thanksgiving!

Lovely post, Lea. I have seen one fence with concrete posts in about the same condition as the one you show. Interesting huh.

...we all get a bit tattered and torn, but I'm still thankful.
ReplyDeleteHello, great captures of the mocker and the pretty butterflies. They are still pretty tattered and torn. Happy Thursday, enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteI don't think I have seen a concrete fence post before. The butterflies are beautiful. I am seeing more of them in my yard right now.
ReplyDeleteWonderful to see the mockingbird and pretty butterflies!
ReplyDeleteThe photo of the mockingbird is so clear and crisp...well done! I need to get back to good fences too! Love that butterfly! They are hard to capture! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteLoved that mockingbird. When daughters were young we had one that sat on the chimney and sang all night. Saw butterflies in a strange place today - at the minor league baseball game we attended.
ReplyDeleteLove the little bird on the fence post and your photography is divine and love what you are grateful about ~ thanks,
ReplyDeleteHappy Weekend ahead to you ~ ^_^
Concrete fence posts do seem a bit unusual. I always enjoy seeing (and listening to) mockingbirds!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos!
ReplyDeleteI don't think I have ever seen a concrete fence post. Interesting! Thanks for linking up today and have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteThe bird sure adds a soft touch to the hard concrete post. Love your butterfly shots, too.
ReplyDeleteSpectacular butterfly pictures! Looks like the fence posts will outlast the fence by ... maybe a century!
