Decaturville TN Mural, November 23, 2015

Monday Murals, Blue Monday, and Through My Lens
Decaturville, Tennessee, USA, November 5, 2015
The diagonal streaks across this mural in downtown Decaturville are the shadows of electric power lines. The small print under the town's name declares the town was established in 1847.

Decaturville is on the Tennessee River where steamboats once carried passengers and freight up and down the river.

This small park is a very pretty place to sit and eat lunch or just enjoy the outdoors.

Have a wonderful week!

    1. It would have made a better photo if I had been there in the morning instead of the afternoon. The shadows would fall in the other direction, outside the photo to the left.
      Thanks for your comment.
