These are cool old barns, great finds. Happy Sunday!
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to explain why I'm drawn to these barns in their last years of life...they are beautiful. Thank Lea for sharing them this week and enjoy the Thanksgiving Holiday. Please come back again.
ReplyDeleteOH dear! How sad they are falling into such disrepair.
ReplyDeleteWith emphasis on the old i'd say!
ReplyDeleteThere is always something very soulful about old barns. These are nice examples.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful finds!
ReplyDeletehaunted barns, what a gem show.
ReplyDeleteAstonishing old barns - such stories they hold. They seem to want to speak - if only they could.
ReplyDeleteI always think its sad to think that these building once had an ecumenic function - now, what will happen to the landscape around them when they are not needed.

PS: my slowness to comment and visit has been caused by a trip to an island in the Pacific!
I am late visiting cause we had a busy weekend, but I am here. I swear, my first thoughts of the one without reading was that it looked like a Tennessee barn...couldn't believe it when I read it. I really like it---it reminds me of one or two old barns from home.
ReplyDeleteThese are great finds! I always wonder what has happened around.
ReplyDeletehi Lea! I really like these dilapidated barns!
