White-Tailed Deer, Prentiss County, Mississippi, USA, August 14, 2015 |
I was surprised to see a Deer in my back yard last Friday. Our dog must have been asleep on the front porch. She does not tolerate intruders in her territory when she is awake.
It was eating the sunflower seeds we put on the ground for the Doves. I made these photos through my dining room window.
Then it found some fallen fruit under the apple trees.
Yummy!
Hope you have a wonderful day!

Nice pictures. I wonder if the deer was there because the deer knew the dog was asleep!

I bet it returns since there was food there and your dog was asleep. Great images.
