Thankful Thursday and Little Things Thursday

Prentiss County, Mississippi, February 20, 2019
Thankful for rain! With our nighttime temperatures near freezing, it could have been sleet or snow! This is the two-day total (in centimeters and inches) that we poured out Wednesday afternoon, and there is more rain in the forecast for today and tomorrow.

It has flooded the fields...

… and beat down my flowers. But as I said before, I am thankful it was rain instead of sleet or snow!

And if you do have snow and ice, I pray that you stay safe and warm.

Have a blessed day!

  2. We have also been having heavy rain. Those dreary days get depressing after a while. Thanks for linking up today.

  3. That is a lot of rain! I think I'd rather have snow!

  4. We have snow, but that's to be expected through March.

  5. We had about 5 inches of snow yesterday, but today was warm and most of it melted.
