Thankful Thursday and Little Things Thursday

Today I am thankful that (with snow on the ground and icicles hanging from the eaves) I have a warm house and a warm husband to snuggle up to!   At 7:00am it is 12F (-11C).

    It's been very cold here as well. The weather is supposed to warm up a bit this weekend which will give me a chance to get outside.

    I remember a winter or two when the furnace in our Chicago area house ran 24-7 and we still weren't as warm as we wanted to be! It truly is a blessing to be warm in old weather and cool in hot weather.
