Hello!:) Lovely captures of the Cardinals. Shame about the first barn being damaged, but I'm glad you are OK.:)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cardinals! Sad the barn has been lost and I'm sure never to be rebuilt. It was a beauty!
ReplyDeletecute cardinal
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteNice barns, I like the second barn scene. The cardinals are beautiful. Lovely photos. Happy Sunday, enjoy your day and new week ahead!
...what a loss. Weather can often take their toll on barns. I hope that Harvey passed you by. Thanks for the visit.
ReplyDeleteOh so sad for the old barn - but love the view of it before. Such stories it could tell - and now it has another tale. The cardinal is amazing, I've only seen them a few times, once in Wisconsin and again several in West Virginia. We don't have cardinals out here on the west coast - and we wish we did.
ReplyDeletePoor barn!
ReplyDeleteThat's too bad...it was a beautiful barn!
ReplyDeleteNice shot of the cardinal - especially the female.
ReplyDeletePoor barn. Seeing one collapse from age is very different than seeing one after such destruction.
Sad to see the barn didn't make it!
ReplyDeleteI also wonder about the fate of the beautiful old outbuildings around the lighthouse which I photographed at Aransas Pass only a few days before Harvey hit it dead on.
ReplyDeleteOh, I hate that it felt the aftermath...it was a beauty.
ReplyDeleteBarn looks old.is very easy to find male and female in this bird. Both looks beautiful:)
ReplyDeleteThat barn is a bit of a mess - hope it gets fixed up.
ReplyDeleteCheers - Stewart M - Melbourne
I'm so happy you have a photo of the barn before it was destroyed. Sad. Loved the cardinals! Hope you are doing well in the aftermath.
