Good Fences and Thankful Thursday

Lee County, Mississippi, USA, June 23, 2017
I pass by this large hilly pasture at least once a week. There are cows and donkeys in it, but they are usually far out in the pasture. I was delighted to see this donkey close to the fence!

Thankful Thursday
Baldwyn, Mississippi, USA, July 1, 2017
I am thankful for America: Land of the Free and Home of the Brave!
(The blooming trees are Crepe Myrtles)

I hope everyone is having a great week!

  2. Donkeys/burros/asses/mules are among my favorite critters, if i lived close enough to them i'd want to visit every day. Love the crepe myrtles, they are blooming here, too.

  3. That donkey was just waiting to have its picture taken. No crepe myrtle blooms yet here that I've noticed.

  4. It's so neat to see donkeys in the fields! And they play an important role with cattle. Love those Crepe Myrtles...they are in bloom here too! Hugs!

  5. Any fence is better with a horse, cow or donkey near it.
