Garden Bloggers' Bloom Day October 2015

Northeast Mississippi, USA, zone 7

Chrysanthemums are just coming into their glory!

Encore Azaleas bloom in the Spring and then give an 'encore performance' in the Autumn.

Turk's Cap has been a steady bloomer all Summer.

The Carolina Jessamine vine is just beginning to bloom. It will continue to bloom for several months unless we have a colder than normal Winter.

And there are still buds on the Cosmos.

Happy Garden Bloggers' Bloom Day!

  4. Lovely blooms. I see that we have many in common. Happy Bloom Day.

  5. I always loved to see the Turks cap blooming in TX during winter. The butterflies always loved it. Happy GBBD.

  6. i have an azalea blooming that is not encore, it is just confused! I love the encore though , so pretty !

  7. Beautiful blossoms. We're expecting frost/freezing temps this weekend, so it's officially the end of the growing season here.

  8. The Turk's cap is lovely. First time I've seen it.

  9. Gorgeous flowers! We've had a week of cold nights and we don't have many flowers left.
