    wonderful image, is the river frozen? all those dots and lines are so interesting.

      No, not frozen. I was standing on the riverbank above the water so I was not close enough to be sure, but I think the dots and lines are tiny bits of plant matter floating on the water (highly enlarged they have a greenish tint). Thanks for your visit and comment.
