Hello, yes, I am praying for our country! Enjoy your day, have a great weekend ahead.
ReplyDeleteWhat does praying for your country mean and what actual, tangible, identifiable results do you expect? After every mass shooting people talk about their thoughts and prayers and then the next one happens a few weeks later.
DeleteThese are emotional times, when thinking of all the poor people who have died already, and knowing more will follow. It doesn't hurt and probably helps to pray for the situation to improve, to comfort those who have lost loved ones so suddenly, and to be forgiving toward those who are less tolerant.
ReplyDeleteBlessings to you this day!
ReplyDeleteI am praying every day. Thank you for the reminder

I am praying too! Thanks for this post!
ReplyDeleteThere are so many people in need of prayer right now.
ReplyDeletePrayer is powerful. We usually have a gathering for this day on our small town square, but not this year. Thanks for linking up and stay well.
