A strong overhead light created a glare on the top right portion of this mural in an Italian Restaurant. Very annoying in color, but I find the glare much easier to tolerate in black and white. Just use your imagination to see the brown cobblestone street and light yellow houses with red roofs. There are green fields beyond the arched wall at the end of the street.
Have a wonderful weekend!

There's just something about black and white photography - as much as I love seeing examples, though, I rarely do it myself. The mural came out nice.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful place.
ReplyDelete...black and white often will save a color photo that isn't quite right.
ReplyDeleteIt works well in black and white.
ReplyDeleteInteresting. I need to try this once in a while. Neat mural!
ReplyDeleteThe mural looks good in black and white - the glare isn't obtrusive. I like the image.
ReplyDeleteVery cool pic! The glare blends in and certainly evokes the idea of an overhead light...not a glare! Cool mural...
