Sky Watch Friday, June 11, 2021

Lee County, Mississippi, USA, June 9, 2021
It looks like a pond, but actually this is a pasture after four days of rain this week.
Sunday 2.5 inches
Monday 2.1 inches
Tuesday 2.7 inches
Wednesday 5.2 inches
Total: 12.5 inches (31.75 cm).
I hope your weather has been better than ours!

Have a wonderful weekend!

  1. That is a lot of rain. Must mean even more mosquitoes too. We are short of rain here in NH.

  2. I can't imagine that much rain. We have been mostly sunny and hot.

  3. That is a lot of rain (shudder). Sky still doesn't look too happy, either.

  4. Wow!! You've exceeded what we will get for the entire year. We could sure use some of that rain here.

  5. Oh wow, that is a lot of rain!
    It is raining here today.
    Take care, enjoy your weekend!

  6. Buena vista de la Naturaleza, con un interesante cielo.

  7. I am familiar with this look! My son took a canoe out into one of our pastures, years ago, after heavy rains.

  8. Wish we could share rain with those who need it!

  9. We have had lots of sun and nice warm weather. Our annual precipitation here is 32 inches. So far in June we have had 1.97in. I hope you dry out soon.

  10. If only we could distribute rain evenly across the continent!

  11. Greetings and Salutations! Ugh four days of rain. Too much rain at one time. I hope the sun greets you tomorrow.
