Mourning Dove, October 28, 2020

Wild Bird Wednesday and My Corner of the World

Prentiss County, Mississippi, USA, October 18, 2020
The Mourning Dove, Zenaida macroura, is the most frequently hunted game bird in the United States. We put seed on the ground for them to keep them near during hunting season. No hunting allowed on our land.

Be careful, stay safe, enjoy each day!
