Buffalo Wings, July 19, 2018

Thankful Thursday and Little Things Thursday

Outback Steakhouse, Tupelo, Mississippi, USA, July 8, 2018
Today I am thankful for Teressa Bellissimo. "Who?" you say, "Never heard of her." In 1964 in Buffalo, New York, she invented (created?) Buffalo Wings: deep fried chicken wings, coated with a hot sauce, and served with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. My husband likes the hot and spicy Buffalo Wings, but I prefer the milder version.

  5. Love buffalo wings. I used to eat them hot, but lately I'm more into mild.

  7. They look yummy but I don't eat them...My meat has to be fat free even though I know that's where the flavor comes from..all in my head..
