The American White Pelican,
Pelecanus erythrorhynchos, is one of the largest North American birds. They can be found along the Pacific Coast, the Gulf of Mexico, and on inland lakes and ponds. Birding books and birding websites have maps showing their migratory routes to help you locate them at different times of the year.
Have a wonderful day!
