Saturday's Critters and Camera Critters

While the birds were temporarily away from the feeder, this squirrel was grabbing handfuls of sunflower seeds and quickly stuffing them in its mouth.


No wonder that they are so fat!

We have a half-dozen squirrels who have taken up permanent residence in our trees. We put this feeder on the ground for the Doves and other ground-feeding birds.

    The squirrel is so adorable!!! And the robin...of course a bird...gotta love those birds. It's standing so proud!!!

    Love squirrels, very clever and determined.
    We have seen a few robins hopping around, friendly little birds especially when you're gardening.

    He (or she) does that around here whatever the birds are up to, they just have to get out of the way. Usually, Theda is busy watching the front sidewalk on the porch.

    I love the squirrels! They are so much fun to watch. I've been seeing robins for the last month, and we are looking at much more spring-like temperatures this coming week.
