I saw two hawks last week.

And they were both in the same old dead tree!

Hello Lea, awesome sighting of the two hawks together. And the goldenrod with the bees are lovely images. Great post! Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteHandsome birds and bees, pretty wildflowers and beautiful views.
ReplyDeleteGreat shots - beautiful birds and bees indeed!
ReplyDeleteWonderful shots of the hawks and lovely wildflower pics too!
ReplyDeleteHappy Weekend to you,
artmusedog and carol
Such a beautiful scene of waters and greens.
ReplyDeleteNOTE - I have adjusted your link on the Scenic Weekends meme for you.
Great birds, they look so majestic.
ReplyDeleteI like the hawks, Lea, they are looking in different directions. I hear one in my yard but haven't seen it perching, just flying in the distance. The bee is working hard on the goldenrod. My goldenrod is blooming too, but I've only seen a honeybee on it so far.
ReplyDeleteGreat shot of the two hawks. I'm lucky if I ever get a chance to take a pic of one..
ReplyDelete~
Very nice hawks - had to smile as we have a huge swarm of bees in the street, and I just come in from looking at them and there are bees on your post as well!

PS: knee deep in school holidays, hence slow reply! Sorry!

ReplyDeleteBefore we leave for the day, I just wanted to stop by and say this:
Thank you for taking time to add your link this weekend at I'd Rather B Birdin'.
Wonderful fotos!
ReplyDeleteBest, Jadie
Wonderful captures! The hawks are gorgeous birds.
ReplyDeleteGreat hawk photos!
ReplyDeleteWe went on a bird walk this spring and saw a female building a nest. Her mate would occasionally help. The real surprise came when we saw them mate.
By the time we got to go back to check on the progress of the nestlings, it was so leafed out that we couldn't even see the nest.

Wonderful captures on the hawks and bee.
ReplyDeleteWhat a regal bird. Love the bee in goldenrod, too.
