  4. It is amazing, a little warm sun and out come the insects you imagine are hibernating safely somewhere. yesterday I saw a humming bird hawk moth feeding on the masses of rosemary flowers! Christina

  10. We are having crazy weather as well --- Mother's Nature's hot flashes are a confusion for the trees, flowers and insects! Nice capture!!

  13. Lovely photos, I guess if there's food around for the insects, and warm enough, then they'll come out. I saw a bumblebee here in London in my garden in January! Needless to say all the insects have gone back to hibernation the last 4 weeks while we are in the grip of an arctic cold period. No sign of the nice spring weather we had in early January.
