My Corner of the World and
Wild Bird Wednesday
|
Tupelo, Mississippi, USA, January 6, 2023 |
We have had very cold weather with snow and sleet on the ground for a week. Higher temperatures yesterday and rain has melted the snow, and it is still raining today. To find a bird photo for today, I looked at photos from January of last year and found this male Eastern Bluebird,
Sialia sialis, on a fence post looking for something to eat.
I hope you are having a good week!
