Canada Geese, February 27, 2022

Pickwick Lake, Pickwick, Tennessee, USA, February 6, 2022
Canada Geese, Branta canadensis. There are so many small birds that flit around too fast to identify that I am happy to find large, easy-to-identify birds that stand still for a photo!

Have a blessed day!

I am linking in today with I'd Rather B Birdin'

NOTE: Please do not use my photos without my permission.

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16

"Know ye that the Lord he is God; it is He that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people, and the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful unto Him and bless His name. For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting; and His truth endures to all generations" Psalm 100:3-5

"Cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you" 1 Peter 5:7

  1. I understand completely. Warblers are the worst and biggest challenge to get a decent photo...99 times out of 100 I get just a blurred tail or nothing birdlike at all.

    Sweet geese!!

Thanks so much for taking time to add your link, sharing with us.

  5. They certainly are at ease. We won't see the migrating ones here for a few weeks yet.
