"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16
"Know ye that the Lord he is God; it is He that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people, and the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful unto Him and bless His name. For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting; and His truth endures to all generations" Psalm 100:3-5
"Cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you" 1 Peter 5:7
I see these sometimes in the summer along the boardwalk. Love them.

Sweet goldfinches! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteSoon they will be bright yellow.
ReplyDeleteThey are so special, aren't they? And so hardy, too. They're among the survivors who hang out in our cold northern gardens year-round. Great photo!
ReplyDeleteSuch pretty birds. I'm not sure I ever saw one.
