Peppers, September 29, 2020

Harvest Monday, Our World Tuesday, and All Seasons

Prentiss County, Mississippi, USA, September 29, 2020
First I need to say I do not know the name of these peppers. A friend, who did not know what they were, gave the plants to me at the end of May. They bloomed very well, but were slow to develop peppers. It was only a couple of weeks ago that we began to get a harvest.

They are mild like a bell pepper. These will go into the large green salad we are having for lunch today.

Hope you have a wonderful week!

  1. They look lovely. We had some peppers in Barcelona last fall that were about that size. They were really good.

  9. At first glance I thought those would be hot peppers. I'm glad they finally made peppers for you.

  10. They look cute. Unfortunately we haven’t had success with peppers so didn’t grow any this year.

  12. Bell peppers seem to be easy to grow, but I haven't done it yet. These look delicious! Don't forget to report how they taste! I only know the small peppers at super hot ones:) Many thanks for keeping All Seasons up to date with your endeavors, Jesh
