I love mockingbirds...so many states have them as their state bird, or cardinals. Nice little guys, mostly.
ReplyDeleteHow nice of the bird to fly away when you had your camera ready:):) Am smiling at the barn, it reminds me on how our house was packed before my down sizing - it looks a lot cleaner around here now. Many thanks Lea for sharing these spring details with us at All Seasons. Wishing you a very good week and inspiration, Jesh
ReplyDeletePS Hope you are not in lock down where you live?
That's a neat shot of the mockingbird in flight. Has me thinking about that song "Mockingbird" now. :-)
ReplyDeleteThere used to a farm with really a cabin, old outbuildings and lots of rusting vehicles in an area we would ride our quads. The only one safely standing was a newish barn that people used to get out of the rain on long rides. I went into the old cabin once, but yellowjackets were nesting in an old mattress and I got scared and fled without looking around too much. - Margy
ReplyDeleteI love seeing the mockingbird in flight!
