Signs and Fences, June 30, 2016

Signs, Signs
Pickwick, Tennessee, USA, June 27, 2016

I guess if you drive down No Turn Around, you have to drive in reverse to get back out!
Actually, I think the people who live here are tired of other people thinking their driveway is a public road.

Good Fences
Prentiss County, Mississippi, USA, June 27, 2016
Deer think a garden is a buffet restaurant grown especially for them. A few people in our area are building deer fences - 8 strands of wire. It seems to be working; they have a beautiful garden!

Hope you are having a great week!

  1. Hello, that is a lot of warnings for the road. I am sure no deer will be jumping that fence. Happy Thursday, enjoy your day and weekend!

  2. welcoming collection of signs and a lovely deer salad bar

  3. Love that collection of signs in one spot. I bet those folk are tired of people driving down their drive/road. It is unusual to find a grouping like this tho in Ireland they are everywhere. genie

  4. Very confusing signs. I would never be able to drive there.

  5. How interesting...I know deer can ruin a garden like that. Hope it helps! Hugs, Diane

  6. Whatever cranks their gears!! Hey, if it's working, more power to them. I will have to tell my sister about this, since the deer come in and eat her apples off the trees in her orchard.

  7. Ha! That's quite a grouping of signs. Interesting deer fence, too!

  8. Hope the signs do the trick. Thank you for visiting my blog. I used to be more active before I got so old and have an illness.

  9. The deer fence is interesting!
I guess if it's not officially a private drive, then many signs are needed to draw attention.

  10. Love the signs :-) Its cute but confusing.

  11. Goodness that's a variety of signs.
Ah a very tall wire fence should keep the deer out. They are clever though.

  12. Great shots of signs and fences ~

    Wishing you a Happy 4th weekend ~ ^_^

  13. I could use a squirrel fence! ;-)

  14. I see the corn is high.

I can't blame your neighbors, the fences I put around my mountain laurels worked for several years.

But this year, I thought I was going to finally get all the beautiful flowers...and Bambi trampled them down and munched away.

  15. So many signs are confusing!

  16. That is quite the assortment of signs.

I enjoy your comments!
