The snow began Wednesday afternoon, a welcome change to our usual winter weather of sleet, freezing rain, and "wintery mix." The snow began to melt on Friday, and today's rain washed away the last of it.
Have a great day!

Snow on February 26 in Mississippi. Really? Wow. Tom The Backroads Traveller
ReplyDeleteHello Lea! Great photo in the snow. The barn looks like it's leaning...
ReplyDeleteI noticed that, too. It is just that the snow drifted higher on the near side, and maybe I didn't hold the camera perfectly straight! Of course, it could be leaning just a bit - it is over 60 years old.
DeleteSuch a lovely view of your barn. Great shadows against the snow.
ReplyDeleteNice picture. Barns are supposed to lean, I think!
ReplyDeleteThis is a beautiful shot of the barn in the snow!
ReplyDeleteThe story this barn could tell us. :-)
ReplyDeleteLooks like the barn needs a little propping up on one side. Very interesting in the snow. Nice shot, Lea.
ReplyDeleteDear Lea, thanks for leaving a comment on my blog! Your snowed in barn looks so beautiful, like a winter wonderland.
ReplyDeleteHere in San Diego, we don't get snow, never ever, but at least we had almost two days of rain over the weekend. We need it so badly with our 4 year long drought.
Wishing you a wonderful week!

I love this shot, and wow, your header shot is wonderful, too
ReplyDelete!
So pretty. We're supposed to get that wintery mix tomorrow. I'm ready for spring!
ReplyDeleteLea, I LOVE your barn!! You may have to use that picture for Christmas cards next year!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo, Lea!
ReplyDeleteLove the dressing of snow on the old barn! The trees look so pretty, too.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty, Lea! Looks like we are getting more winter weather this week. Thanks for linking this week.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful old barn with presence. Love how the snow seems to enfold it.
