ReplyDeleteLovely soft play of shadows round these chunks of wood.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, I will 2nd Gemma's comment, a lovely soft play of shadows! Stumps are not very nice but lovely in photos.
ReplyDeleteI love the textures of the wood, and I think I see two little fairies dancing atop the stumps!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful texture of the wood!
ReplyDeleteI don't know what it is about old wood, but I find it fascinating.
ReplyDeleteWonderful shot! Also love the light and shadows and how it effects the texture of the wood!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Lea... imagine what will grow from these stumps... always something new to see.
ReplyDeleteGood shot. I wish the NT was closer. We use to go to parts of it to ride the horses when I lived in Jackson. Now I'm too far out for that. But, I'm not complaining cause I love our place in the country.
