A fast moving storm passed through our area on Tuesday bringing a wintery mix of rain, sleet, and snow, but by noon on Wednesday it had all melted, and the sun was shining!

Red-shouldered Hawks, Buteo lineatus, live in the eastern half of North America from the Great Lakes region southward into central Mexico.
