Raining and a snowstorm coming to me today, sigh - nice to see your sun with birds singing. That salmon salad looked absolutely delicious! Have a great week and please send spring to New York, quickly!
ReplyDelete...I saw my first robin of the year and tonight snow will return.
ReplyDelete...looks mighty good.
...I hope that it isn't a tug-a-war!
...I wish that my balance was that good.
...haven't seen one in a long time.
Thanks Lea for stopping by, I hope that you have a great weekend.
that one bird, high in a tree - the only evidence of Spring, so far . . . awesome! Thank you.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos. I love Taziki’s great food!
ReplyDeleteLove the pics and the meal!

Food looks delish
ReplyDeleteThe goose is doing Yoga! We had blue skies here and it was wonderful!
ReplyDeleteThe salad looks terrific but it really is time to stop patronizing places that still use plastic containers and disposable straws, cups etc. The only was we can make a difference is to politely tell the owners of the establishments why. It can make a difference. I can attest to that from experience.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your concern. We all need to be more aware of environmental issues. Logging is a major industry here, so for me it is the loss of our forests that really upsets me.
DeleteHello, Pretty blue sky. The Starling has some beautiful colors. The salad looks delicious. Cute capture of the goose and the pretty Waxwings. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Happy Saturday, enjoy your weekend.
ReplyDeletethat salad looks so amazing, good that you are eating healthy foods!!
ReplyDeletei guessed wrong on the train, i always think red is the tail end or caboose!!
after about 20 seconds those waxwings became very clear and so beautiful!!!
The Starlings colouration is very underrated. So bright. I do like the Waxwings though. They are a special bird.
ReplyDeleteWell, it's good to know you saw which way is was going...we would have wondered! heehee! And we had a flock of Cedar Waxwings here in Florida this week. I guess they are on the move! Hugs!
ReplyDeletePretty shots!
ReplyDeleteI've read on my online bird site where the C Waxwings are returning here, but haven't seen any yet. By the way, that salmon looks scrumptious.
ReplyDeleteI thank you for taking time out in your day to link in and share your blog with us birders at I'd Rather B Birdin'
Cedar waxwings are a favorite of mine. I actually got a pic this spring, but it isn't very good. But I'll take it since I wasn't successful before. That salmon dish looks tasty! Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteThe starlings really have beautiful coloring, don't they--when the sun hits them just right, you can really see the green and the spotted areas. That Mediterranean meal looks yummy!
ReplyDeleteWonderful post! Cedar waxwings are a huge favorite of mine .....the train is fun....and your lunch is perfect...exactly the kind of meal I love to find when we go out.
