I find it quite sad to see those old barns falling into disrepair and eventually collapsing. If they could speak what stories they could tell!
ReplyDeleteI do enjoy old barns and a robin is always a treat.
ReplyDeleteHello, love the old barn and the cute Robin! Happy Sunday, have a great new week ahead.
ReplyDeleteAmerican barn and American Robin---thanks for keeping it patriotic. Love both shots

We got home to the cabin yesterday and this morning I heard a robin up on the cliff. Spring is making it's way up north to us. - Margy
ReplyDeleteNo robins here yet, as far as I know.
ReplyDeleteA robin - hurray!
ReplyDelete...that poor barn look so sad! A good wind would do it in. Today I took a photo of my first robin of the year, I hope that spring just around the corner. Thank Lea, enjoy your week.
ReplyDeleteI love your old barn. We need to take as many pics of old barns as possible because they are disappearing and the new ones are ugly. Although I imagine that in a few years there will be fans of the ugly barns posting pics and such of them.
ReplyDeleteThat barn looks so tempting to be painted (on canvas) - it's a big one! Love the way you captured the beautiful color of the robin! So happy you shared these two with All Seasons! Happy Spring:)
ReplyDeleteCute robin! They are sweet little things.
ReplyDeleteHappy Spring! The robin is a sure sign (everywhere but here in Florida, where I don’t see them.. and I miss them!). As always, I have a love/hate relationship to the old falling down barns....such wonderful picture opportunities but so sad that they have got to that state. I always wonder what happened...(I always take pictures too, but mine aren’t ever as good as yours are).
ReplyDeleteI like the barn and the bird! I keep telling myself to go outside and sit long enough to capture a robin...but I just don't get it done.
