The Barn Colective, March 10, 2019

Prentiss County, Mississippi, USA, February 8, 2019
A horse lives here, but it must have been on the other side of the barn the day I stopped to get a photo.

Your bird for today is...
Northern Mockingbird, Mimus polyglottos, Prentiss County, Mississippi, USA, March 3, 2019
… a Northern Mockingbird looking for food scraps (a bit of tomato?) in a fast-food parking lot.

Have a blessed day!

  1. ...perhaps you need to make an appointment with the horse! Animals and old truck and tractors are a great addition to a barn photo. With all those trees barns may start to disappear in your neck of the woods. Thanks Lea for stopping by, enjoy!

  4. Sweet mockingbird! Around here, it’s the Ibis that hang out at the lots around fast food places. They like French fries.

  8. Is a Northern Mockingbird different from a Southern Mockingbird? Just asking. (grin)

  10. Wow that horse has a big living room, lol. I like how you worded that for the bird: the fast food parking lot:) Many thanks for these cheerful observations for All Seasons! Have a lovely (almost) spring week!
