I took these two photos through my dining room window. I really should wash my windows and cut that twig out of the way!

Yellow-bellied Sapsuckers,
Sphyrapicus varius, breed in Canada and the northeastern parts of the United States. In the Winter they migrate south to the southeastern US and Mexico. They bore holes into the inner bark of trees to eat the sap, and they also eat insects caught in the oozing sap. They will come to suet feeders in the Winter. Female Yellow-bellied Sapsuckers have red feathers on their heads, but not on their throats as the males do.
Have a wonderful day!
