Yay for the daffodils! Very pretty photo Lea. I noticed the first signs of them poking through in my neighbor's flower bed yesterday.
ReplyDeleteMust be spring - although its not autumn here tonight, too warm!

I love the daffies, they are so pretty. Happy Monday, enjoy your new week!
ReplyDeletePS, thank for the link http://www.visitflorenceal.com/things_to_do/toms-wall/. It is nice to read about the memorial built by the great grandson. It is amazing.
DeleteA beautiful spring image Lea,
ReplyDeleteAlthough the sun's shining here the freezing North wind is blowing and there's snow on the ground. Hurry up spring... we miss you!
Pretty!
ReplyDeleteI think I have that same daffodil, Lea, it is not blooming yet. I love the flared trumpets and orange tinges. Daffodils are great, since the animals can't eat them.
ReplyDeleteI am ready for these!
ReplyDeleteThat's a beauty
ReplyDeleteI love these perky little spring bulbs. After moving from the family farm in East Texas a couple months ago, this reminds me that the daffs my grandmother planted over a hundred years ago are blooming on the hill where the old farmhouse stood!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful. Fighting a bad case of spring envy here. (Daffodils don't bloom here in SW Florida -- I guess it is too hot for them in the winter or something). I miss them and get homesick for Oregon every year about this time. (Still I like it here this time of year too, so .....)
ReplyDeleteA beautiful flower, one of my favourites. All of mine are of the all yellow variety. - Margy
ReplyDeleteI just love daffodils! Very pretty.
