ReplyDeleteHello, Lea! Oh no, the deer will be eating your garden. They are beautiful critters. I love the woodie, it is a great feeder bird. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Have a happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteBoth are beautiful critters!
ReplyDeleteThe deer is a beauty! I've always wanted to get these red-bellied woodpeckers in my yard, but I only very occasional get the downeys. I like the shot of the turkey vulture in your previous post. They have only just returned to us again in southern Ontario ... a springtime sighting I look forward to each year :) Have a great weekend!

ReplyDeleteSo pretty! Bambi doesn't want to eat your vegetables, he's reformed. Honest!

The deer has such big "puppy eyes!"
ReplyDeleteHello!:) Both captures are lovely. It must be wonderful to see deers whilst in your yard, and your fence looks pretty deer proof, so I think your veggies will be safe. So glad you are seeing more Woodies at your feeders. I noticed this in my garden, here in Portugal.
ReplyDeleteThat woodpecker is so bright and colorful. And deer....my sister has apple trees & they come down from the high country every autumn to dine.
