Garden Bloggers' Bloom Day, December 2015

I have a half dozen indoor cactus plants. Some bloom in November, and I call them Thanksgiving Cacti. Others bloom in December, and I call them Christmas Cacti. They receive the same amount of light and water; I have no idea why they don't all bloom at the same time.

I could never get my cactus to bloom so I'm super jealous, but in a good way!!

ReplyDeleteLovely colour on you cactus, over here in Britain we call all of them Christmas cactus, even if some of them flower in November. Mine is finished flowering for now but often gets a second flush in February.

Lovely indoor cacti! I've never had much luck with them so I'll enjoy yours.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! I have a few of them too. We call them Easter or November or Christmas Cacti depending on when they bloom. Merry Christmas to you and your family!
