Eastern Grey Squirrel

Prentiss County, Mississippi, USA, August 19, 2023
Every morning I chase this squirrel back down into the woods to save the suet for the woodpeckers. Some days he is so persistent in returning that I have to squirt him with the water hose before he gives up!

    Your picture reminds me that I really haven't seen squirrels around my neighborhood lately. Perhaps they will begin to show again in the fall.
