Eastern Grey Squirrel

Prentiss County, Mississippi, USA, August 19, 2023
Every morning I chase this squirrel back down into the woods to save the suet for the woodpeckers. Some days he is so persistent in returning that I have to squirt him with the water hose before he gives up!

Have a fun weekend!

I am linking in today with Saturday's Critters

  4. Your picture reminds me that I really haven't seen squirrels around my neighborhood lately. Perhaps they will begin to show again in the fall.

  9. Oh! I think the gray squirrels are ruder than the red ones we have here. I just love to watch them.

  10. Wonderful little animals - some of our small possums are the similar, but less well known on the world stage! Cheers - Stewart M - Melbourne
