Thankful Thursday: Butterbeans, October 6, 2022

Prentiss County, Mississippi, USA, October 6, 2022
I am especially thankful today for roadside produce stands. Look what I found this morning - large, speckled butterbeans! Aren't they beautiful? And they will be delicious when we eat them for supper tonight.

Have a blessed day!

  2. My parents always planted butterbeans in their garden when I was growing up and I spent uncounted hours shelling them. Not my favorite chore but they were good to eat.
