The American Kestrel, Falco sparverius, is easy to identify by the two dark marks on the side of its face.

  7. So many turtles. It makes me wonder how many turtles live in that lake, and also, there must be an awful lot of food for the turtled to sustain so many through their upcoming breeding season.
