Sky Watch Friday, Today's Flowers, and Floral Friday Fotos

Yesterday's skies were gloomy when we went to the Pickwick Inn Restaurant for my birthday dinner (66! I am over the speed limit now!). The restaurant, overlooking the lake, is about an hour's drive from our home in Mississippi, and is one of our favorite places to eat. The structure that you see in the distance is the highway over the lock and dam.
The trees in the parking lot were doing their best to brighten up the day.
And there were Roses blooming at the entrance of the restaurant!
Oh so lovely!
Pretty in pink!

ReplyDeleteWe still have roses blooming in upstate New York but not anything like that yellow blushy rose - what a strange fall this has been.
