Pickwick Dam on the Tennessee River, Wednesday, October 15, 2014
Though this looks like a black and white photo, it is not.
In the past week, we've had three severe thunderstorms, each one bringing a tremendous downpour of rain. Now the clouds are gone, and we are looking forward to sunny days.
Hope you have a beautiful week-end!

I don't mind grey skies, and this is an awesome photo.
ReplyDeleteOminous sky!!
ReplyDeleteAfter 5 years of drought here in South Texas, any rain...downpour or not would be a welcomed relief.
We've shared in the rain and storms too. I'm hoping for a clear weekend so I can get pick up sticks in the yard, and paint a fence :)
ReplyDeleteI see you've had some gray days, too -- great photo. Have a good weekend!
ReplyDeleteJust Lovely sight!
ReplyDeleteWhat an impressive photo. Wish we could have some of that rain! Enjoy the weekend!
ReplyDeleteThat's a lot of rain...we finally had rain, 2 inches worth. Great shot.
ReplyDeleteGreat sky photo! We had a lot of rain earlier in the week, too, which is kind of unusual for us in October. Enjoy the sun now!
ReplyDeleteMy husband loves fishing at Pickwick.
