It is hot here in the northeast corner of Mississippi, USA (zone 7b). High temperatures this week are in the mid-90s F, and the forecast for next week is for high temperatures over 100F (38C). I get out early in the morning to enjoy my flowers before the temperature starts to rise.

Beautiful blooms, I love them all. Take care, have a happy day!
ReplyDeleteLea, these are gorgeous! Flowering beauty is everywhere we look these days!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous, Lea.
ReplyDeleteI do like that daylily. And that bright butterfly bush.
ReplyDeleteSo much of the country is already struggling with horrific heat! I'm counting myself lucky we haven't been hit hard yet, even though our inland valleys have been toasted. Your garden seems to be holding its own, Lea. I love the blue Hydrangea and the Gardenia, neither of which I have a chance of growing given our severe drought.
ReplyDeleteSuch lovely blooms. I guess they don't mind the heat.
ReplyDeleteThey are beauties.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful blooms Lea. I am so attracted to purple and pink blooms. Love the butterfly bush blooms and the orange butterfly weed. I have some spider wort in my gardens, but my butterfly weed didn't make it. .
ReplyDeleteGorgeous floral macro shots ~ delightful ~ Xo

I would be melting in your temperatures, but it brings out flowers there sooner than ours, and I can enjoy your lindens and Rose of Sharon that much sooner!
