  10. Fun times! And great photos! We have a squirrel baffle, which for the most part keeps the squirrels away from the bird feeders. But it's fun to watch the squirrels, too. During the winter, I hung dry corn cobs for the squirrels: They're like monkeys! ;-)

  12. We are new (less than a month) to feeding birds. Because we have a lot of squirrels, we bought an (expensive-ouch!) "squirrel proof" feeder and are offering safflower seeds. So far, a robin nesting in our porch overhang keeps squirrels away but I know the day will come. In the meantime, had mixed emotions seeing your pictures. Why do squirrels have to be cute?
