Pine Siskins, April 23, 2016

Saturday's Critters, Camera Critters, and I'd Rather B Birdin'

Prentiss County, Mississippi, USA, April 14, 2016
I was photographing the blooms on my apple tree when...

I discovered a small flock of Pine Siskins!

We have a lot of Pine Siskins come to our feeders in the Winter, but they should already be on their way north. I hope they don't think I'm going to feed them all Summer!

Have a Beautiful Week-End!

  3. I still have Pine Siskins passing through my yard, too, and I am quite a bit farther south than you. They seem reluctant to leave this year for some reason. Normally, they are long gone by now.

Great shots of the fully blooming Apple (?) tree.
