  1. Nothing more wonderful that the first sight of the Hellebores pushing up. Alas it will be longer than I care to think about til that happens here in Southern Wisconsin.

  2. It is so lovely to see the first spring flowers, I hope the thaw will be swiftly and that you soon get warmer weather!
    Happy GBBD!

  3. Too much snow outside - and death on the dining table here.

  4. Often I am looking at Hellebore buds this time of year. Not this year. Everything is covered with snow. Next week we should get a reprieve from this weather. Looking forward to it. Happy GBBD.

  6. I love hellebores! There certainly is the promise of spring in those buds. Mine are still buried under snow, however. Happy Bloom Day!

  7. My two Hellebores are sleeping under snow - but it is so nice to know someone is getting close to spring. That means there is hope for us in upstate New York, too. Happy GBBD.

  8. Your Hellebores coming up are a good sign! We still have too much snow to see any buds but hopefully things will start to change soon. Keep warm and Happy Bloom Day!

  13. Yes, spring is on the way. I'm sure the hellebores were a welcome sight. I hope you will have a return to normal weather soon. Our weather has been abnormal this year, too. Drought conditions and unseasonably warm weather. Abnormal must be the new normal!
